These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and k1777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services, products, features, and content available through the k1777 website located at https://k1777.org and any related mobile applications or platforms (collectively, "the Service").

All submitted documents must be valid, legible, and unaltered.

By registering an account, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. k1777 reserves the right to terminate any account where eligibility requirements are found not to have been met at any time, including retrospectively.

To access the betting and gaming products on k1777, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate personal information as requested. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. k1777 employs automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts, including monitoring of shared devices, IP addresses, payment instruments, and identity documents.

k1777 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials. Any instructions received via a verified account session will be treated as instructions from the authorised account holder unless k1777 has been notified of a security breach in advance of such instructions being processed.

k1777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the account is being operated by a third party, that false information was provided during registration, or that the account has been involved in any activity that violates these Terms.

k1777 supports a range of Pakistani payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. k1777 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment methods. Deposits processed from accounts or instruments not registered in the account holder's name may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

In such circumstances, k1777 will notify the account holder of the reason for the delay or refusal to the extent permitted by applicable law and its compliance obligations.

Users are advised that currency conversion charges may apply to certain international payment methods. All PKR-denominated balances displayed on the platform are in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise stated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k1777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance and any accrued bonus funds, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

1. Identity Fraud: Registering an account using false, stolen, or third-party identity information.
2. Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account, whether for personal use or to claim multiple bonuses.
3. Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk wagering, hedging strategies, or coordinated group play designed to guarantee bonus conversion regardless of outcome.
4. Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
5. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to fix outcomes, share hole cards in poker variants, or otherwise manipulate game results.
6. Money Laundering: Using the k1777 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity.
7. Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits made to the k1777 account. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action for the disputed amount plus associated processing costs.
8. Platform Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
9. Third-Party Funding: Depositing or withdrawing funds using payment instruments registered in another person's name.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the k1777 platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational use only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any k1777 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on k1777 platform software or content.
• Use k1777 branding, trademarks, or logos in any commercial context without explicit written permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the k1777 platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of k1777 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k1777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the k1777 platform or its services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond k1777's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the User failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Inaccuracies in information provided by third-party data suppliers, including live sports scores and statistics feeds.

k1777 makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously, without interruption, or free from errors or technical defects. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. k1777 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability during maintenance periods or unplanned outages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit k1777's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by k1777's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

k1777 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The categories of personal data collected by k1777 include, but are not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, CNIC or passport details, payment instrument details, and records of your betting and gaming activity on the platform.

k1777 uses this data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals and preventing financial fraud.

k1777 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• k1777 is required to do so by a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority.
• k1777 determines in its reasonable discretion that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform, other users, or k1777's compliance obligations.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon account termination for breach, any balance remaining in the account (including bonus funds) may be forfeited. Upon account closure at the User's own request or for inactivity, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which k1777 holds its international gaming operator licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process in the first instance, with escalation to formal arbitration as a secondary recourse.
